*TERMS AND CONDITIONS – ANEXPO 2024 Apple IPAD Prize Giveaway

Kindly peruse the following terms and conditions (“Terms”) with care. By registering for the Apple IPAD Prize Giveaway (the “Prize Giveaway”), participants consent to abide by these Terms.

• AUTOMATIC ENTRY FOR PRIOR REGISTRANTS: Delegates who have already booked and paid for ANEXPO 2024 prior to the announcement of this Prize Giveaway are automatically entered into the prize draw. No additional action is required on their part to be eligible.

• ELIGIBILITY: The Prize Giveaway is open to anyone aged eighteen (18) or above at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Automa.Net sp. z o.o., its parent companies, affiliates, and immediate family members and/or those residing in the same household of each are excluded from participation.

• ENTRY WINDOW: The submission window for the Prize Giveaway commences on 01.09.2023 and concludes on 31st October 2023, at 11:59 PM Central European Time.

• PARTICIPATION: Entrants can partake in the Prize Giveaway by booking and making payment for a delegate ticket to ANEXPO 2024 prior to the closure of the entry window. No purchase is imperative for entry or victory.

• SELECTION: The victor will be chosen at random from all qualified submissions received within the entry window by the software https://miniwebtool.com/random-picker/

• PRIZE COLLECTION: Winners must be physically present at ANEXPO 2024 in Prague, Czech Republic, to collect their prize. If a victor is absent or unreachable, the prize will be relinquished, and a substitute victor will be chosen from the remaining eligible submissions.

• PRIZE: The reward consists of one (1) Apple IPAD. No cash or other replacements are permissible except at the discretion of Automa.Net sp. z o.o.

• DUTIES: All national, regional, and local taxes, fees, and additional charges on prizes are the sole duty of the prize recipients.

• LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY: The Organiser and its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, and agents are exempt from liability for any incorrect or imprecise entry of data, theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of submissions.

• DISPUTES: By participating, entrants consent that any disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Prize Giveaway shall be settled individually, avoiding any form of collective action. All claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to genuine out-of-pocket expenses incurred, inclusive of costs associated with entering this Prize Giveaway, but excluding solicitor’s fees.

• GOVERNING LAW: This Prize Giveaway abides by the laws of Poland, with no regard to its conflict of laws principles.

• DATA PRIVACY: By participating in the Prize Giveaway, participants consent for Automa.Net sp. z o.o. and its affiliates to utilize their registration data for marketing and promotional purposes.
